Credit Application and Terms
We are a business to business wholesale company. We accept most major credit cards. You may also use purchase orders on approved credit only. Please see our terms listed at the bottom of this page for more information about our company and our two-column pricing structure.
CA Businesses: We must charge you sales tax until we have a valid California Resale Certificate signed and on file at our offices.
If you would like a business credit account with NDA, please print, fully fill out, sign and return our credit application (for credit card only accounts please fill out our business account application here). Then fax the completed form back to 949-361-3166. If you would prefer we fax a credit application to you, please call us at 800-344-3382 or contact us using our online form.

Minimum Order: $25
Payment Terms: Net 30 Days on approved Credit. Most major credit cards are accepted.
Sales Tax: All CA customers are required to furnish us with a curent sales tax exemption certificate. Without a certificate in our possession, we are legally bound to charge the applicable sales tax in California.
Returned Goods: Returns can be accepted only after obtaining a return authorization number from NDA. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking charge plus freight fees incurred. All defective returns must comply with manufacturer’s warranty.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Invoices wil be based on the prices prevailing at the time shipment is to be made.
