Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

NDA Distributors ships to addresses within the U.S. only, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping methods & rates

We offer UPS Ground and expedited shipping methods. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided by UPS during the checkout process.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

NDA Distributors ships to addresses within the U.S. only, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We also do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.



NDA Distributors is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, or if it is lost in transit, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside of the United States.

Return Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us at Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Return Policy.

Returns are only accepted within 15 days of date of purchase. If more than 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cant offer you a refund or exchange.

(The only exception is for claims for shortages in a shipment, which must be made within 3 working days of delivery.)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

For all types of returns, the following procedures need to be followed: please email us first at Provide your name and order number and let us know that you are requesting a Return Authorization number, tell us which item(s) you are trying to return and the reason for your return. Once you have received the RA number, write it clearly on the outside of the box you are returning your item(s) in. Then mail your product to: 1281 Puerta Del Sol, San Clemente, CA, 92673.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

(If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.)

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you havent received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please follow the above return procedures and let us know you need to exchange your item as it is defective/damaged. Exchanges will only be made for the same item you originally purchased. Once we receive the returned item, the replacement will be sent to you.
